1051 Chicken Fried Steak Coating
Medium weight coating for Chicken Fried Steak. Flour-based with slightly granular texture.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1) Lightly Dust Beef Cutlet with Pre-Dust or Chicken Fried Steak Breading. 2) Dip Dusted Beef Cutlet in prepared All Purpose Batter Mix and let excess drain. 3) Coat wet battered Beef Cutlet in Chicken Fried Steak Breading slightly pressing coating onto meat. Let excess Breading fall off. 4) Fry in 350 degree oil until Golden Brown.
USE WITH: All Purpose Batter Mix #3014, Pre-Dust #1002.
