1011 Hot N Spicy Chicken Breading
Hot n Spicy Flour based Chicken Breading that provides a consistent Spicy flavor with superb crispness, adhesion and hold time.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1) Dust Chicken pieces with Pre-Dust or Hot n Spicy Chicken Breading. 2) Dip dusted chicken in prepared Hot n Spicy Batter. 3) Place wet battered chicken pieces in Hot n Spicy Chicken Breading and thoroughly coat. 4) Fry in 350-degree oil until done.
USE WITH: Pre-Dust #1002, prepared All Purpose Batter #3014, prepared Hot n Spicy Batter #3016. For hotter chicken double dip before cooking.
STANDARD PACK SIZE: 25 Lb Poly Liner in a Box and Four – 5 Lb Heat Sealed, Nitrogen Flushed bags.
