3016 Hot-n-Spicy Batter Spec Sheet

A Hot and Spicy Pick Up or Fry Batter that is used when a fair amount of heat is desired in the finished product.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:   In a round container, Whisk One pound Hot n Spicy Batter Mix into 1 ½ -2 Quarts, (6 – 8 Cups) of Cool water.  Allow prepared Hot n Spicy Batter Mix to stand at least 10 minutes prior to use.  Items to be Fried should be Pre-Dusted then dipped in Hot n Spicy Batter.  The item should then be thoroughly coated with Breading and fried.  After being mixed, this product, as well as all batter mixes should be kept @ 41 degrees or less.

USE WITH:   1011 Hot n Spicy Chicken Breading, or any breading where you want a spicy addition in flavor.

STANDARD PACK SIZE:   1 Lb Heat Sealed, Gas Flushed bag, 20 per Case.  25 Lb poly lined box available.
